Executive Director, David Kotter
David Kotter serves at Executive Director of CBMW at the offices in Louisville, Kentucky. He grew up in small towns in central Illinois and studied engineering and business administration at the University of Illinois (B.S. and M.B.A.).
While working for seven years as a finance manager for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan, and Cadiz, Spain, David increasingly sensed God’s call to enter the ministry. He returned to earn degrees at Trinity International University (M.Div. and M.A. New Testament) and was invited to join a team of men who planted CrossWay Community Church in Kenosha, Wisconsin. David pastored at CrossWay for eight years while God developed in him a heart for those preaching the gospel and serving in the local church. As Executive Director, he combines theological training and a background in business to oversee the daily operations of CBMW.
David and his wife, Ana, worship at Clifton Baptist Church with their three children, Joshua, Caleb and Lydia.
